- Architected Trinity’s company-wide design system of 100+ React/CSS components, 35+ AI-specific patterns, 17 chart types, and 18 custom hooks distributed as a versioned npm package (~510 weekly downloads across 38 releases) and used across product teams for both production and AI-assisted prototyping.
- Made Storybook the single source of truth with a synced Figma library, and extended the system so PMs and leadership could generate on-brand prototypes with Replit, Claude, and Perplexity from the same foundation.
Conversational AI Clinical DataChat-led master data platform · GenAI
- Designed a conversational AI layer over a master-data corpus of 847K+ clinical studies (ClinicalTrials.gov, Citeline, Cortellis, and internal sources) that cut study research from multiple days to a few hours by consolidating source review, matching, and AI-assisted analysis into one workflow.
- Designed end-to-end the human-in-the-loop match-review model: the AI recommends duplicate/match pairs with its reasoning and evidence; data stewards confirm, reject, or defer. Every record stays traceable field-by-field to its source. These trust patterns became the standard across Trinity’s AI products.
Gen AI Pharma CommercialAI copilot for pharma accounts
- Designed a conversational platform with 12 structured data modules; introduced query-routed context so naming an account in a question loads its data and eliminates manual switching.
Analytics Platform Real World EvidenceSelf-serve real-world-data analytics
- Turned a months-long, engineer-dependent analytics process into a self-service platform that deploys in weeks, letting commercial and medical teams build cohorts and patient-flow analyses over a 4M+ term medical library without custom programming.

- Designed global drug-launch orchestration for a platform supporting 75+ launch projects a year and 1,400+ users, replacing fragmented trackers with one shared model for milestones, owners, dependencies, and country playbooks.
